I was making lunch. I looked over and found him in a pillow fort on the couch, feet sticking out, looking through books. He said he just needed some quiet book time. Love it!
This is great! My 5-year-old does the same thing now when he comes home from Kindergarten! It's neat to see them self-regulating and realizing that they need some "downtime"! Thanks for sharing!
